Ingredients
- (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice (such as Dole®), undrained
- cup mini ature marshmallows (such as Kraft® Jet-Puffed)
- (3.4 ounce) packageinstant pistachio pudding mix (such as Jell-O®)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (such as Planters®)
- 1/2 cup sfrozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed
Instructions
- Mix pineapple, marshmallows, pudding mix, and pecans together in a bowl; fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate salad until chilled and thickened, about 1 hour.
Tips
Thaw Cool Whip(R) by placing unopened tub in refrigerator. An 8-ounce tub will be completely thawed in 4 hours. Do not thaw in microwave.
