Ingredients
- 12-15 piece sTiger prawns, shell on
- 1 nest Green bean vermicelli (glass noodles)
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
- 12 clove sGarlic, finely chopped
- 2 stalk sSpring onions, finely chopped
- 1.5 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
- 1.5 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
Instructions
- Soak glass noodles in warm water until softened. Drain and spread on a plate.
- Pan fry and shell the prawns, leaving the tails attached.
- Gently cook garlic in oil until lightly golden. Remove from heat and stir in Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce .
- Spoon half the sauce over the glass noodles, top with prawns, then spoon over the remaining sauce.
- Steam over high heat for 5 7 minutes until cooked.
- Drizzle with the Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil , garnish with spring onions, and serve.
