Steamed Garlic Prawns with Glass Noodles

Ingredients

  • 12-15 piece sTiger prawns, shell on
  • 1 nest Green bean vermicelli (glass noodles)
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 12 clove sGarlic, finely chopped
  • 2 stalk sSpring onions, finely chopped
  • 1.5 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
  • 1.5 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. Soak glass noodles in warm water until softened. Drain and spread on a plate.
  2. Pan fry and shell the prawns, leaving the tails attached.
  3. Gently cook garlic in oil until lightly golden. Remove from heat and stir in Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce .
  4. Spoon half the sauce over the glass noodles, top with prawns, then spoon over the remaining sauce.
  5. Steam over high heat for 5 7 minutes until cooked.
  6. Drizzle with the Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil , garnish with spring onions, and serve.
