Chocolate Chip Belgian Waffles

Ingredients

  • large egg
  • cup all-purpose flour
  • fluid ounce smilk
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • tablespoon white sugar
  • teaspoon sbaking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extra ct
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Beat egg in a large bowl with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add flour, milk, chocolate chips, oil, sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt; beat just until smooth.
  2. Coat a Belgian waffle iron with cooking spray; preheat according to manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Pour about ¾ cup batter onto hot waffle iron; cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve hot.
