Spring Radish Salad with Egg and Garden Cress

Ingredients

  • bunch es radishes, thinly slice d
  • 1/4 cup garden cress, or more to taste
  • tablespoon svegetable oil
  • large lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
  • pinch white sugar
  • large hard boiled eggs, slice d, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine radishes and garden cress in a bowl.
  2. Combine oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and sugar in a cup. Pour over salad and mix to combine. Garnish with egg slices.
