Ingredients

  • cup cornmeal
  • cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • teaspoon sbaking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup can ola oil
  • cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a muffin pan or line with paper muffin liners.
