Ingredients
- large head cauliflower, broken into small florets
- (10 ounce) packagefrozen peas, thawed
- small onion, chopped
- stalk scelery, chopped
- cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- cup light mayonnaise
- (8 ounce) containerreduced fat sour cream
- tablespoon sgranular no-calorie sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®)
- tablespoon sdistilled white vinegar
- tablespoon prepared mustard
- teaspoon seasoned salt (such as LAWRY'S®)
Instructions
- Toss together cauliflower, peas, onion, and celery in a large bowl. Mix in Cheddar, Parmesan, and bacon bits.
- Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, sweetener, vinegar, mustard, and seasoned salt in a separate bowl. Pour over vegetables and mix well.
