Ginny's Cauliflower and Pea Salad

Ingredients

  • large head cauliflower, broken into small florets
  • (10 ounce) packagefrozen peas, thawed
  • small onion, chopped
  • stalk scelery, chopped
  • cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • cup light mayonnaise
  • (8 ounce) containerreduced fat sour cream
  • tablespoon sgranular no-calorie sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®)
  • tablespoon sdistilled white vinegar
  • tablespoon prepared mustard
  • teaspoon seasoned salt (such as LAWRY'S®)

Instructions

  1. Toss together cauliflower, peas, onion, and celery in a large bowl. Mix in Cheddar, Parmesan, and bacon bits.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, sweetener, vinegar, mustard, and seasoned salt in a separate bowl. Pour over vegetables and mix well.
