Pot Roast Dips

Ingredients

  • cup water, or as needed
  • (1 ounce) packetdry au jus mix
  • (.9 ounce) packagedry onion soup mix
  • (2 pound) beef chuck roast
  • hoagie rolls, split lengthwise
  • (8 ounce) packageshredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine water, au jus mix, and onion soup mix in a slow cooker. Add beef, cover slow cooker, and cook on High until tender, 5 hours.
  2. Shred beef with two forks; cover slow cooker and continue cooking on Low 1 to 2 hours more.
  3. Spoon beef mixture into hoagie buns; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, then serve.
