Signature Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • frozen unbaked (9-inch) deep-dish pie crust
  • (15 ounce) can pure pumpkin
  • (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • large eggs
  • tablespoon McCormick Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • vanilla whipped cream (see recipe below)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C). Place pie crust on a large foil lined baking sheet.
  2. Mix together pumpkin, condensed milk, eggs, and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl until smooth. Pour into crust.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Continue baking for 40 more minutes or until a knife inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack. Serve with vanilla whipped cream.
