Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a food processor, add the ½ cup powdered sugar , 1 ½ cup flour , and ¾ cup unsalted butter . Pulse until combined.
Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a 9 inch tart pan and poke the bottom of the crust with a fork.
Bake for 10 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool the crust.
Make 1 recipe perfect lemon curd .
Pour into the bottom of the shortbread crust. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight until set.
