Homemade Gluten-Free Shake and Bake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup stone-ground cornmeal
  • tablespoon sbrown rice flour
  • tablespoon sground almonds
  • tablespoon ssmoked paprika
  • tablespoon garlic powder
  • tablespoon white sugar, or more to taste
  • teaspoon sea salt, or more to taste
  • teaspoon ground black pepper, or more to taste
  • teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, or more to taste
  • pinch dried rosemary
  • pinch dried chile pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine cornmeal, brown rice flour, almonds, paprika, garlic powder, sugar, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary, and chile pepper together in a large resealable plastic bag.
