Easy Strawberry Yogurt Cake

Ingredients

  • cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • eggs
  • teaspoon vanilla extra ct
  • cup sall-purpose flour
  • teaspoon sbaking powder
  • cup sstrawberry-flavored yogurt
  • large strawberries, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
  2. Mix sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl using an electric mixer until combined. Add flour and baking powder gradually. Stir in yogurt and strawberries. Spread batter into the prepared pan.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, about 45 minutes.
