Korean Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • gstir-fry beef
  • red onion
  • capsicum
  • clove sgarlic
  • carrot
  • tbsp soy sauce
  • tbsp gochujang
  • inchginger - grated
  • tsp cornflour
  • tbsp oil
  • tbsp soy
  • tbsp kecap manis
  • tbsp oyster sauce
  • tbsp vinegar
  • inchginger - grated
  • tbsp water
  • cup rice
  • sesame seeds
  • spring onion - finely slice d

Instructions

  1. Mix the marinade ingredients together and toss the beef in the marinade for 10 mins + set aside
  2. Finely slice the carrots, onion, garlic & capsicum
  3. Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside
  4. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet
  5. In a large saucepan/wok on high heat fry the vegetables with 1 tbsp oil for 1 2 minutes
  6. Add the stirfry beef and cook on high heat for 2 3 minutes
  7. Add the sauce and cook for a further minute
  8. Finish with sesame seeds and sliced spring onions and serve with rice
