Pumpkin Pie Bread

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sall-purpose flour
  • teaspoon spumpkin pie spice
  • teaspoon sbaking soda
  • teaspoon baking powder
  • teaspoon salt
  • cup swhite sugar
  • (15 ounce) can pumpkin purée
  • cup vegetable oil
  • eggs
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans. Allrecipes / Abbey Littlejohn
  2. Combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Allrecipes / Abbey Littlejohn
  3. Combine sugar, pumpkin, oil, and eggs in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Allrecipes / Abbey Littlejohn
