fresh lemon juice, from 1/2 lemon plus wedges for serving

cup scooked chicken breast, diced (you can use rotisserie chicken for convenience)
cup sromaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup Caesar dressing, store-bought or homemade
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
fresh lemon juice, from 1/2 lemon
croutons, optional
Instructions
Boil ravioli for 1 2 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet, add ravioli and toast 1 2 minutes per side, or until slightly brown and crispy. Squeeze lemon juice over before removing the ravioli from the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Into a medium sized bowl, combine diced chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, grated parmesan cheese, and top with crusty croutons, if desired. Sprinkle over the lemon juice.
Serve alongside the toasted ravioli with lemon wedges and extra parmesan cheese, if desired.
