Ingredients
- (22 ounce) packagefrozen Johnsonville mild Italian sausage slice s
- medium onion, thinly slice d
- medium green bell pepper, thinly slice d
- medium red bell pepper, thinly slice d
- clove sgarlic, minced
- tablespoon olive oil
- (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- hoagie or sub rolls (Optional)
Instructions
- Cook sausage, onion, peppers, and garlic in oil in a large skillet until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and pepper flakes; cook and stir until heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Serve on rolls.
