Johnsonville Italian Sausage, Onions & Peppers Skillet

Ingredients

  • (22 ounce) packagefrozen Johnsonville mild Italian sausage slice s
  • medium onion, thinly slice d
  • medium green bell pepper, thinly slice d
  • medium red bell pepper, thinly slice d
  • clove sgarlic, minced
  • tablespoon olive oil
  • (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • hoagie or sub rolls (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage, onion, peppers, and garlic in oil in a large skillet until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Add tomatoes and pepper flakes; cook and stir until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  3. Serve on rolls.
