Rose Hip Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • cup swater
  • tablespoon sdried rosehips
  • tablespoon sugar, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add rosehips to boiling water, cover, reduce heat, and simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in sugar until dissolved. Leave covered to steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain tea through a fine sieve. Cool to room temperature, then transfer to the fridge to chill.

Tips

Skip the sugar and instead add 1 cup of cranberry juice or pomegranate juice to the rose hip tea after straining.
