Ingredients
- 3 ounce sfeta cheese , crumbled (3/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoon smayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon schopped fresh dill
- 2 garlic clove s , minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 tablespoon svegetable oil
Instructions
- Combine ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese, ½ cup panko bread crumbs, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons chopped dill, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, ½ teaspoon table salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper in large bowl. Add 1 pound ground turkey and mix with your hands until thoroughly combined.
- Divide mixture into 16 portions, about 2 tablespoons each. Roll portions between your wet hands to form balls. Transfer to plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
