  • 1/2 cup red beans (pre-soaked )
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 tbsp. butter or vegetable oil. (, optional )
  • 300 g all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1.5 tsp. instant yeast
  • 150 ml cold water or even chilled water (see note) (or 180 ml milk. )
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil ( , corn oil)
