Tuna-Tomato Noodle Casserole

Tuna-Tomato Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • tablespoon schopped onion
  • tablespoon vegetable oil
  • (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
  • teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup segg noodles
  • 1/4 cup sshredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • (5 ounce) can tuna, drained

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles in a pot of boiling water until done. Drain.
  2. In a large skillet, saute onion in oil. Add undiluted soup, chili powder, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Mix in noodles, 1 cup cheese, and tuna. Spoon into a greased 1 quart casserole dish.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes. While still hot, sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
