Ingredients
- 1 table spoon olive oil.
- 1 small onion.
- 1.5 pound lean ground beef.
- 1 teaspoon allspice.
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepperor to taste.
- 1 teaspoon saltor to taste. * used pink
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger.
- 1 Tablespoon tomato paste.
- A packet (16oz) phyllo doughthawed.
- 1/2 cup light tasting olive oilNote2.
- 1/4 cup ghee or butter melted.
- 1 cup milk.
- 1 large egg.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
- In a large non stick skillet over medium high heat, add the olive oil then sauté onion for 2 3 minutes until tender.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it apart then add all the other ingredients. Cook until browned with no pink spots, set aside.
