- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon sunsalted butter, cut into small piece s

- 3/4 cup sall-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon sbaking powder
- teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- pinch salt
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
- large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon svanilla extra ct
- medium overripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup sour cream
Instructions

- Spread brown sugar on the bottom of the prepared pan and scatter butter pieces on top. Allrecipes / Julia Hartbeck
- Place the pan in the preheated oven until butter has melted, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from the oven; stir and spread mixture evenly on the bottom of the pan. Arrange sliced bananas to cover the bottom. Set aside. Allrecipes / Julia Hartbeck
- Stir flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt together in a large bowl; set aside. Allrecipes / Julia Hartbeck
- Beat white sugar and butter together with an electric mixer in a large bowl. Mix in eggs and vanilla until well combined. Add mashed bananas and sour cream; mix to combine. Add flour mixture on low speed and beat until batter is just combined. Allrecipes / Julia Hartbeck
