Ginger Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • (12 ounce) packagesfresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup swhite sugar
  • large orange, zested and juiced
  • tablespoon minced fresh ginger root

Instructions

  1. Combine cranberries, sugar, orange zest and juice in a large pot and heat over medium heat. Cook and stir occasionally until berries pop, about 20 minutes. Let cool until thickened.
