Riced Cauliflower Fiesta Flats

Ingredients

  • packageOrtega® Fiesta Flats™
  • (12 ounce) packagesGreen Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower
  • (1.25 ounce) packageOrtega® Fajita Seasoning Mix
  • large orange bell pepper, diced
  • cup shredded red cabbage
  • tablespoon Chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Cook riced cauliflower in a large skillet for 5 minutes. Add fajita seasoning and stir until combined.
  2. Add diced bell pepper to skillet and cook until warmed.
  3. Fill each Fiesta Flat with the cauliflower bell pepper mixture.
  4. Top each taco with cabbage and chopped green onions.

Tips

Serve taco mixture into any Ortega(R) taco shell or tortilla.
