Lemon Pepper Wing Sauce

This tangy, buttery sauce is clingy enough to stick to wings.

Lemon Pepper Wing Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon sunsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoon spepper , plus cracked pepper for serving
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon white miso
  • 2 tablespoon sgrated lemon zest plus 1/4 cup juice (2 lemons)

Instructions

  1. Melt 4 tablespoons unsalted butter in small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Once melted, whisk in 2 teaspoons pepper, 1 teaspoon granulated garlic, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon coriander, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, ½ teaspoon turmeric, and ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper.
  3. Off heat, whisk in 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon white miso until incorporated.
  4. Whisk in 2 tablespoons grated lemon zest and ¼ cup lemon juice until fully combined.
  5. Toss wings with sauce in large bowl.
  6. Sprinkle with cracked pepper.
  7. Serve.
