Ingredients
- cup sunsweetened oat milk, or more to taste
- medium frozen bananas, chopped
- small dried figs, chopped
- tablespoon schia seeds
- tablespoon salmond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- teaspoon shoney, or to taste
Instructions
- Combine 2 cups oat milk, bananas, figs, chia seeds, almond butter, and cinnamon in a blender; blend until smooth and creamy, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Taste and if not sweet enough, add honey. If too thick, add a bit more oat milk.
