Fig and Chia Breakfast Shake

Ingredients

  • cup sunsweetened oat milk, or more to taste
  • medium frozen bananas, chopped
  • small dried figs, chopped
  • tablespoon schia seeds
  • tablespoon salmond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon shoney, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine 2 cups oat milk, bananas, figs, chia seeds, almond butter, and cinnamon in a blender; blend until smooth and creamy, 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Taste and if not sweet enough, add honey. If too thick, add a bit more oat milk.
