Ingredients
- pound boneless, skinlesschickenbreast, cubed
- slice sbacon, cubed
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 pound broccoli, cut into florets or frozen (heated through)
- tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
- teaspoon roasted garlic powder
- teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, combine the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper and spices.
- Prepare broccoli; cut into florets or heat according to package if using frozen broccoli.
- Line the air fryer basket with a parchment paper liner, if using; spread the broccoli over it and place sun dried tomatoes on top.
- Nestle in chicken and top each with a piece of bacon
- Air fry at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
- Flip the chicken pieces over with bacon and air fry for 8 more minutes at 400 degrees.
- Give everything a good stir and fry for 2 3 minutes more until bacon is crispy.
