Bob's Habanero Hot Sauce - Liquid Fire

Ingredients

  • (15.5 ounce) can slice d peaches in heavy syrup
  • cup distilled white vinegar
  • habanero chile peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup dark molasses
  • 1/2 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • tablespoon ssalt
  • tablespoon spaprika
  • tablespoon ground black pepper
  • tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

Instructions

  1. Combine peaches, vinegar, habaneros, molasses, mustard, brown sugar, salt, paprika, black pepper, cumin, coriander, ginger, and allspice in the bowl of a food processor: pulse until blended.
  2. Pour hot sauce into sterilized jars or bottles with lids; refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
