Ingredients
- (15.5 ounce) can slice d peaches in heavy syrup
- cup distilled white vinegar
- habanero chile peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup dark molasses
- 1/2 cup yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- tablespoon ssalt
- tablespoon spaprika
- tablespoon ground black pepper
- tablespoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
Instructions
- Combine peaches, vinegar, habaneros, molasses, mustard, brown sugar, salt, paprika, black pepper, cumin, coriander, ginger, and allspice in the bowl of a food processor: pulse until blended.
- Pour hot sauce into sterilized jars or bottles with lids; refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
