Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sred lentils
- -6 cup sofwater(a large pot half full)
- tablespoon scurry paste
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon ssalt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- teaspoon scurry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- teaspoon chili powder
- tablespoon ssugar
- lime juice
- green herbsfor garnish(I used malunggay leaves - you could use cilantro, green onions, etc.)
Instructions
- Boil Water: Bring the water to a boil in a large pot.
- Cook Lentils: Add lentils and cook uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring every few minutes to prevent burning on the bottom. Remove from heat.
- Add Remaining Ingredients: Stir in remaining ingredients until completely incorporated. Season with additional salt and herbs for garnish.
