Ingredients
- rotisserie chicken, boned and chopped
- (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- stalk scelery, finely chopped
- cup creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®)
- 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries (such as Craisins®)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped apple (Optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
- tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- pinch seasoned salt, or to taste
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix chicken, pineapple, celery, salad dressing, sweetened cranberries, mayonnaise, apple, green onion, rosemary, dill, seasoned salt, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Tips
If you like it moister, add a little bit more mayonnaise or Miracle Whip(R). You can use dried dill instead of fresh and chives instead of green onions.
