- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Combine white sugar, brown sugar, and butter together in a medium bowl until smooth. Stir in water and vanilla, then stir in flour until well blended. Shape into a loaf or log; freeze for 1 to 2 hours.
- Cut into small chunks; mix into softened ice cream. Freeze until firm, about 15 minutes, before serving.
