Crunchy Chicken Casserole with Mayo

Ingredients

  • cooked skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cubed
  • cup mayonnaise
  • cup sour cream
  • (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • cup scooked white rice
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • cup sshredded mozzarella cheese
  • cup sshredded Cheddar cheese
  • cup scrushed potato chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix chicken, mayonnaise, sour cream, condensed soup, rice, almonds, and mozzarella cheese in a large casserole dish. Layer with Cheddar cheese and top with potato chips.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and golden brown, about 35 minutes.
