Ingredients
- cup seasoned rice vinegar
- cup honey
- tablespoon swasabi paste
- tablespoon peanut butter
- tablespoon light sesame oil
- tablespoon lime juice
- tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- dash esdark sesame oil
Instructions
- Combine vinegar, honey, wasabi paste, peanut butter, light sesame oil, lime juice, soy sauce, black pepper, and dark sesame oil in the bowl of a stand mixer; mix until smooth, using whisk attachment.
Tips
An immersion blender can also be used to mix the dressing. If you want to increase the heat, add more wasabi or add red chili flakes.
