- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- frozen strawberries, or more to taste

Tips
Substitute any type of juice for the milk. If you choose to substitute juice for the milk, blend juice with kale, yogurt, and peanuts until smooth. If you over-blend with milk, it may become too thick and frozen ingredients become frothy. You can use any type of yogurt. Substitute honey for the maple syrup.
