Ingredients
- pound sfresh green beans, trimmed
- slice sbacon
- cup butter
- clove sgarlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions
- Gather the ingredients.

- Place bacon strips on a microwave safe plate and cook in the microwave until crisp, about 2 minutes. Cool and crumble bacon.

Tips
Remove the bacon for a healthier dish. However, adding the bacon is a great option that adds flavor to the beans.
