Ingredients
- cup sall-purpose flour
- teaspoon ground cinnamon
- teaspoon ground nutmeg
- teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- cup butter, softened
- cup swhite sugar
- large eggs
- teaspoon baking soda
- tablespoon warm water
- teaspoon vanilla extra ct
- apples - peeled, cored and chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 10 inch tube pan. Allrecipes/Diana Chistruga
- Cover raisins with warm water and let soak for 10 minutes; drain. Allrecipes/Diana Chistruga
- Whisk flour, spices, and salt together in a bowl; set aside. Allrecipes/Diana Chistruga
- Beat butter and sugar together in a large bowl until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir baking soda and 1 tablespoon warm water together until smooth; stir into sugar mixture. Allrecipes/Diana Chistruga
