Ingredients
- 25-oz can salbacore tuna in water, drained (no salt added)
- 1tbsp.olive oil
- 1/4 cup loosely chopped green onionwhite and green parts
- 1/2 cup of red seedless grapeshalved
- 2tbsp.Whole30 approved mayonnaiseI usehomemadeor Primal Kitchen's
- 1tsp.curry powder
- 1/2 tsp.kosher saltor to taste
- 1/4 tsp.black pepper
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 tsp.minced garlic
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, using a fork stir to combine all ingredients until just blended.
- Served over a bed of baby spinach (I've also had over Organic Girl Supergreens ) then drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of some fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper.
