3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2/3 cup unsalted butter, cold
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spread nectarine and plum pieces into a 9x13 inch baking dish; sprinkle raspberries over top.
Whisk flour, white sugar, brown sugar, ginger, and cinnamon together in a large bowl until well combined; cut in butter with a pastry cutter or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Spread crumb mixture evenly over fruit.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Rotate the dish; continue baking, 10 to 15 minutes more. Place the dish under the broiler, if topping is still pale, until browned, 1 to 3 minutes.
