Garlic Spinach Soup

Ingredients

  • cup schicken broth
  • tablespoon sgrated fresh ginger root
  • clove sgarlic, minced
  • cup chopped zucchini
  • cup scubed cooked chicken
  • (2 ounce) packagecellophane noodles
  • cup sfresh spinach

Instructions

  1. Bring chicken broth, ginger, and garlic to a boil in a large saucepan. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes. Add zucchini and cook until tender, about 10 minutes more. Photographer: Carson Downing / Food Styling: Holly Dreesman / Prop Styling: Gabriel Greco
