Frozen Berry Crumble

Ingredients

  • cup smixed frozen berries
  • tablespoon swhite sugar
  • teaspoon scornstarch
  • 1/2 cup srolled oats
  • 1/2 cup spacked brown sugar
  • cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • cup unsalted butter, cut into small piece s

Instructions

  1. Defrost frozen berries for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  3. Toss berries, white sugar, and cornstarch together in a large bowl; set aside.
  4. Combine oats, brown sugar, flour, pecans, and cinnamon in a separate large bowl. Cut in butter with a pastry blender or 2 knives until crumbly. Press 1/2 of the mixture over the bottom of the prepared pan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 7 to 8 minutes. Cover with berry mixture. Sprinkle remaining crumble mixture over the berries. Continue to bake until fruit is bubbly and topping is golden brown, 30 to 40 minutes.
