Italian Rice Pie

Ingredients

  • butter for greasing
  • large eggs
  • 1/2 cup swhite sugar
  • pound sricotta cheese
  • teaspoon vanilla extra ct
  • cup sheavy whipping cream
  • cup cooked white rice
  • (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish; set aside. Allrecipes / Christine Ma
  2. Beat eggs in very large bowl. Add sugar, mixing well. Stir in ricotta cheese and vanilla until smooth and creamy; stir in heavy cream. Allrecipes / Christine Ma
