Ingredients
- cup sfresh spinach leaves
- bananas, cut into chunks
- ounce firm tofu
- tablespoon sunsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup frozen peach slice s
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- cup unsweetened apple juice, or to taste
Instructions
- Place spinach, bananas, tofu, coconut, peaches, pineapple, mango, and strawberries, respectively, in a blender; pour in apple juice. Blend until desired consistency is reached, adding more apple juice as necessary.
Tips
I promise you cant taste the tofu or the spinach. It's really amazing. I love to prepare my smoothie the night before. I freeze it and in the morning I take it with me to work and leave it out. Within a couple of hours its thawed out perfectly and tastes great.
