- medium Honeycrisp apple
- ounce scashew milk
- 1/4 cup gluten-free oats
- cubesice, or more to taste
- scoopsvanilla protein powder
- teaspoon maple syrup, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or more to taste
Instructions
- Core apple and cut into chunks. Place in a blender with cashew milk, oats, ice, protein powder, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
- Blend until smooth.
Tips
You can use any non-dairy milk. Maple syrup is optional.
