Apple-Cinnamon Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • medium Honeycrisp apple
  • ounce scashew milk
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free oats
  • cubesice, or more to taste
  • scoopsvanilla protein powder
  • teaspoon maple syrup, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or more to taste

Instructions

  1. Core apple and cut into chunks. Place in a blender with cashew milk, oats, ice, protein powder, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  2. Blend until smooth.

Tips

You can use any non-dairy milk. Maple syrup is optional.
