Ingredients
- avocado - peeled, pitted, and mashed
- 1/2(15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- tablespoon lime juice
- clove garlic, minced, or more to taste
- 1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- pinch sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix avocado, black beans, lime juice, and garlic together in a microwave safe bowl. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
- Microwave dip on high until cheese is melted, about 1 minute. Season with sea salt if desired.
