Grilled Oysters

Ingredients

  • 6 big oysters on the half shell
  • 3 clove sgarlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley leaves
  • paprika, to taste
  • 2 tablespoon ssalted butter, melted
  • lemon wedges, optional

Instructions

  1. Shuck the oysters and set aside.
  2. Top the oysters with the chopped garlic and parsley leaves, and season with paprika to taste. Add some melted butter to each oyster.
  3. Grill on an outdoor grill for about 5 8 minutes or until they are cooked. Serve immediately. You can add a squirt of lemon juice before eating.
