Vegan Pumpkin Pie Blondies

Ingredients

  • cup sall-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • teaspoon baking powder
  • teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground clove s
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tablespoon scan ola oil
  • tablespoon vanilla extra ct

Instructions

  2. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9 inch square baking pan.
  3. Sift flour, white sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, and salt together in a bowl. Add pumpkin puree, canola oil, and vanilla extract to the flour mixture and stir until a thick batter forms. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios
