Balsamic Roasted Grapes

Ingredients

  • cup sseedless red or green grapes
  • tablespoon olive oil
  • tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
  • tablespoon balsamic vinegar, or to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Combine grapes, olive oil, chopped thyme, and chopped oregano together in a bowl and lightly toss to coat. Place grapes in a single layer on baking sheet.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until grapes until grapes are soft, wrinkled, and slightly caramelized, about 15 minutes. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and season with salt and ground black pepper.
