Ingredients
- 2 lb sRoma tomatoes
- 3 tablespoon solive oil
- 1 teaspoon saltor to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 clove sgarlicminced
- 2 teaspoon fresh rosemarychopped
- 1 Tablespoon fresh basilchopped
Instructions
- Wash and cut tomatoes lengthwise.
- In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients except for the tomatoes and mix well.
- Add the tomatoes and toss to combine.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Place the tomatoes on a rimmed baking sheet and bake in the center of your oven for 25 30 minutes until completely done.
- Place in mason jars and cover with a thin layer of oil.
