Ingredients
- pound lean ground beef
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- (26 ounce) jarthree cheese spaghetti sauce
- (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- (14.5 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup swater
- (4 ounce) can slice d mushrooms
- ounce sslice d pepperoni
- tablespoon beef bouillon granules
- tablespoon chili powder
- teaspoon swhite sugar
- cup shredded Cheddar cheese, for garnish
Instructions
- Crumble ground beef into a large stockpot over medium high heat; add onion. Cook and stir until beef is evenly browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain; discard grease.
- Stir spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, water, mushrooms, pepperoni, bouillon, chili powder, and sugar into beef mixture; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, stirring occasionally, until flavors blend, about 30 minutes.
- Garnish servings with Cheddar cheese.
