Asian Barbecue Burgers with Sweet Chili Lime Mayo

Ingredients

  • 1pound85% lean ground beef
  • 1(1.12-ounce) package McCormick Grill Mates Korean BBQ Marinade
  • 2 cup scoleslaw mix
  • 2 teaspoon srice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon ssweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  2. Add 1 pound 85% lean ground beef and 1 (1.12 ounce) package McCormick Grill Mates Korean BBQ Marinade to a medium sides bowl and mix just until incorporated, being careful to not over mix.
  3. Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each one into a patty.
  4. Place the burgers on the grill and cook for 8 minutes, flipping them over halfway through. Cook until the meat reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit on a meat thermometer.
  5. Prepare the slaw by adding 2 cups coleslaw mix , 2 teaspoons rice vinegar , 1 teaspoon soy sauce , and 1 teaspoon sesame oil to a medium bowl and toss until combined.
