Instant Pot® Creamed Corn

Ingredients

  • earssweet corn, shucked and kernels cut off
  • ounce scream cheese
  • ounce smilk
  • tablespoon sugar
  • pinch salt
  • pinch ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a multi functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®) on the normal slow cooker function.
  2. Combine corn kernels, cream cheese, and milk in the Instant Pot®. Cook until cream cheese has melted, stirring often, 5 to 8 minutes. Stir in sugar, salt, and pepper and adjust seasoning to taste.
